When starting a new tower, click on the lowest left-hand corner of the
lobby square to give yourself $4,000,000
 
To build a double story lobby:  (DO THIS BEFORE ABOVE $4M CHEAT)
Hold down CTRL and click lobby icon where you want it
 
To build a triple story lobby:  (DO THIS BEFORE ABOVE $4M CHEAT)
Hold down CTRL-SHIFT and click lobby icon where you want it
 
For a five-star rating and lots of money:
