Want to see the blowfish from Keen?  Start a one player race, when the
other players take off, hold down the brakes and the left arrow.  After
1 1/2 turns or so, the fish will show up.
 
Many command-line paramaters to use:
 
/2     double speed
/3     triple speed
TURBO  press break and fire to accelerate car
JUMP   press break and accelerate to jump car
HOG    99 hog
ICE    99 ice
FIRE   99 Fire balls
NOW    Skips intro stuff
KID    Goes to Kid Mode
